On 15 October 2026, Mr. Aucky Pratama (Regional Lead Public Affairs, Asia Pacific) and Mr. Ren Varma (Head, Mainland Southeast Asia), together with delegates from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), met with Ms. Supanee Srisathitwat, Board Member and Secretary-General, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teerachai Arunruangsirilert, Chair of the Subcommittee on Accounting Profession Development and Sustainability, to discuss and further strengthen collaboration under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
           Key areas of discussion included promoting sustainability knowledge through Facebook Live sessions, jointly developing educational programmes, and exploring the feasibility of issuing a jointly branded certificate in sustainability.
           In addition, both parties discussed support for tools, technology and AI solutions to establish a knowledge hub for accounting professionals. They also exchanged views on enhancing professional ethics training through a case-based learning approach and on facilitating TFAC’s access to research databases to support the continued advancement of the accounting profession in the future.
